Where it began
Dynamic Support Services opened its doors with one clear aim: high-quality, person-centred NDIS support for the people of Western Sydney.
Growing our reach
We broadened our accommodation services to include short-term (STA), medium-term (MTA), and emergency housing, with a focus on the Blacktown and Penrith regions.
Raising the bar
We fully built the ARC Therapeutic Model into our care framework, giving us a stronger way to support participants with complex psychosocial needs.
Noticed nationally
We were named a Finalist for Best Accommodation in Australia at the Australian Disability Service Awards, the only finalist from NSW.
Leading the field
We won the National Enablement Award for Most Outstanding Independent, Supported, SIL Accommodation, and Disability Housing Management Team in Australia, and earned finalist spots at the Parramatta Local Business Awards and the WSABE Excellence Awards.
