Meet Shenna
Service Manager & Visionary Leader of Dynamic Support Services
Shenna is the visionary founder and driving force behind Dynamic Support Services. With over 18+ years of experience in the disability and community services sector, her passion for high-quality, participant-focused care has shaped Dynamic into a trusted and respected provider.
In 2017, Shenna established Dynamic Support Services with a clear mission: to create an organisation that genuinely places participants at the centre of everything it does. Under her leadership, the organisation has flourished—setting new standards in disability support and earning a strong reputation for excellence in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and community-based services.
Shenna holds a Bachelor of Human Services, specialising in Disability and Community Services. Her academic foundation, paired with extensive hands-on experience, allows her to lead with both compassion and strategic insight. Prior to founding Dynamic, Shenna held senior management roles across multiple teams and services. She also worked extensively in the United Kingdom, particularly in East London, managing disability accommodation and gaining invaluable international experience. Her work across Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), disability, and mental health has further deepened her commitment to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable individuals.
Shenna’s leadership is grounded in a firm belief in person-centred care. She ensures every participant is supported with dignity, independence, and choice. Her dedication has fostered a workplace culture defined by respect, empathy, and innovation— continuously inspiring her team to provide the highest standard of support.
With unwavering integrity and vision, Shenna remains committed to not only meeting but exceeding industry standards. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that every participant supported by Dynamic has the opportunity to live a full, meaningful, and empowered life.

With over 20 years of combined experience across Operations, Administration, Accounting, Clinical Consultant (Registered Nurse), Maintenance and Human Resources, we work together to deliver exceptional disability support services. Our shared commitment
to the well-being of our participants ensures that every aspect of our organisation operates smoothly, efficiently, and with the
highest level of care.
Each team member brings a wealth of specialised skills, qualifications, and experience to their role. From providing hands-on
support to managing compliance and delivering HR solutions, we approach every task with passion, dedication, and a focus on
excellence. Our efforts have been recognised on a national level, with Dynamic Support Services being nominated as a finalist for
Best Accommodation 2024, the only organisation in NSW to receive this honour.
Our team’s expertise spans a wide range of fields, including Social Work, Human Services, Accounting, Administration, Social
Science, Disabilities, Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), Mental Health, Nursing, and Community Services. This diverse knowledge base
allows us to provide proactive, participant-focused care that meets and exceeds industry standards.
